Deacon Thomas B. Rich, D.Min., J.C.L. was welcomed as a Tertiaries of the Society of the Atonement (TSA) ad experimentum in January of 2020 and is active in the retreat ministry of Graymoor.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, he became a Friar of the Atonement in August 1992, professing first vows in 1994 and final vows in 1997. Fr. Ed was ordained to the priesthood in 1998.
Received the Franciscan Federation Peacemaker Award for being a passionate Franciscan. Fr. Frank is the Founding Guardian of the new Friary for the Friars of the Atonement in Manatí, Puerto Rico.

President & Spiritual Director of St. Christopher’s Inn, the Friars’ residential shelter and substance abuse treatment center at Graymoor in Garrison, New York.
Director of the Centro Pro Unione, a ecumenical research and action center in Rome. He also has been appointed Post-Novitiate Director and Procurator General for a three-year term.
Elected 3rd Councilor in 2014, re-elected in 2019, and currently serves as the Friars’ Mission Effectiveness Officer and Guardian of St. Paul Friary at Graymoor.
