Mindful Eating Workshop

“Mindful eating is maintaining an in-the-moment awareness of the food and drink you put into your body. It involves how the food makes you feel and signals your body sends about taste, satisfaction, and fullness. Mindful eating requires you to simply acknowledge and accept rather than judge the thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations you observe.”

Barbara is a Diabetes Care and Educational Specialist. Her areas of expertise include cardiac care, dialysis management and private counseling. Her positive approach is to meet people where they are on their journey to wellness. She will happily answer all your questions.
