The past couple of months have been a time of profound joy and renewal for the Franciscan Friars of the Atonement, as three brothers marked significant milestones in their journeys of faith. Surrounded by community, family, and friends, each brother made his vows in a setting filled with prayer, fraternity, and thanksgiving.

Celebrating Three Brothers

The Franciscan Friars of the Atonement recently celebrated with three brothers as they took important steps in their vocations.

Br. Charles Okorie, SA professed his first vows at the Tomb of St. Francis in Assisi, Italy, surrounded by community, family, and friends.

Br. Fabrizio Szymanski, SA renewed his temporary vows during Vespers in the Sisters’ Chapel in Assisi.

Br. Giuseppe Rinaldi, TSA made his First Profession of Promises at the Opening Mass of the Tertiary Chapter.

Together, these professions and renewals invite us to rejoice in the work of God. We give thanks for the witness of Br. Charles, Br. Fabrizio, and Br. Giuseppe, and we hold them in prayer as they continue to live out their vocations with faith and courage.
