Eric Genuis
Eric Genuis is a Canadian composer and musician who now lives in Louisville, Kentucky. He is noted for his Concerts for Hope. He earned a degree in piano performance from the Royal Conservatory of Music in Canada.
He is known for playing in prisons, hospitals, rehab centers, nursing homes, and inner-city schools. He started playing in prisons after being invited to a maximum-security prison. He feels music brings humanity and beauty to places lacking in these virtues.
A free-will offering will be collected. All are welcome!
