Archbishop Ronald Hicks was formally introduced at St. Joseph’s Seminary during a gathering of religious and extern priests, drawing nearly 200 attendees. Among those present were members of the Franciscan Friars of the Atonement, whose charism of unity resonated strongly with the spirit of the evening.

The gathering offered an opportunity for clergy and religious from across the Archdiocese to welcome Archbishop Hicks and to hear his pastoral vision firsthand. Since his installation, Archbishop Hicks has consistently highlighted the importance of Christian unity, calling believers to focus on shared mission rather than differences. In a recent ecumenical engagement, he emphasized that collaboration among Christian traditions is essential to serving those most in need and witnessing more fully to the Gospel.

His presence at St. Joseph’s Seminary underscored a shared commitment to dialogue, reconciliation, and pastoral service—values long embraced by the Franciscan Friars of the Atonement and reflected in the broader life of the Church.
