Emotional Sobriety could be defined as having a sense of balance in our lives. We will be using Bill W’s letter on E.S. as well as the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous

Sr. Linda is a member of the Adorers of the Blood of Christ. A teacher by profession, she has been involved in 12 Step ministry since 2005. A grateful recovering alcoholic for the past 31 years, Sr. Linda loves facilitating recovery retreats because “she receives every bit as much as she gives.”
